Stress is a bad thing for our health. Some time we did not know what are doing in stress and we totally lose brain assumption. we know that the stress is harmful for us but we did not know how to deal with stress. Below i write some point to release stress in relationship.

Avoid wrong assumption


Don't assume bad for partner. Take full control of your human sense and think positive. Focus on positive and Sit down with partner and discuss for possible solutions. If you fail to resolve the problem then you can lose happy life.

Avoid assign blame

Blame is a bad thing for every relationship. we want to destroy the blame thing in our lifestyle. if we fight against blame we are feeling happy life. Positive thinking is the way to avoid assign blame.

Acknowledge Human nature of partner

if do work according to the partner nature, we are making relationship strong. Strong relation is the key to success in social and business life. Human nature is not bad if we are thinking positive.

Avoid bad react

This is the main point mostly people fail in this point. if your partner break your heart so don't react badly. Your partner will reacting good then you not feel the stress.

Think Good for partner


Always think positive for partner to make relationship strong. If you think positive you do not feel the stress. If think positive you do not feel the stress
